I'm just kidding, I already held my employer hostage for a raise.
Life Pro tip: be the only person that knows how to do a valuable thing. We don't get attaboy raises for existing anymore unfortunately or even cost of living increases it seems.

The issue is that you morons come in and say troll shit and then wait two days and then try to make it into a serious conversation like you weren't just being a fucking cunt to begin with goodbye

When you stop acting like a child people will stop treating you like one. It isn't rocket science.
It ***always*** has to have the last word. always. Do you say bye and close the window before it can respond? haha

image is "distracted boyfriend" meme but vertically extended with AI out-painting. the distracted boyfriend, who is staring at the distracting girl's legs, is labelled "reddit users who keep posting about reddit for some reason", the girlfriend has the Lemmy mouse for a head and is labelled "Lemmy users". The distracting woman walking towards camera has her face replaced with Steve Huffman, CEO and fall guy for Reddit inc. her face is labelled "what reddit actually it" and her feminine legs are labelled "what they wanted it to be".
This image and image being used as a photo edit battle is originally taken from https://www.reddit.com/r/photoshopbattles/comments/15qy2ep/psbattle_turtle_dove/ I am just trying to generate some content for right now to showcase what the subreddit can be, in an attempt to attract users. I would of course prefer not to link to reddit, but idk how to get users without existing content. Battles are image editing contests to see what sort of edits can be generated by users. OP can request specific edits for a battle but all bets are off if users opt to have other fun, within respectful enough limits (no "hate" in general for example).
I've just whipped up the images and I don't really know optimal sizes, currently the banner is 1780x300 and the icon is .. 458x458 ( I swear it was 512x512 oh well). Feel free to submit different sizes as long as you've reasonable certainty they are appropriately sized still. current icon ![](https://lemmy.zip/pictrs/image/fea68f50-970f-4e3d-9f4e-84ac3903588f.webp) Current banner ![](https://lemmy.zip/pictrs/image/236608c0-af59-4161-b42b-da0520d38cbb.webp)
So, I'm basically brand new to Lemmy, but I've noticed there's no real image editing community that I've seen, so I decided to change that. I know basically nothing about moderating here, but I have moderated decent sized subreddits previously, so hopefully its straight forward. Anyway, welcome again, please feel free to make posts requesting images or challenging folks to a specific image editing battle etc!
