I tried Siphon Coffee

I tried my first siphon coffee. It was so good. All the notes were there. And it has a light body. I tried the Colombia one here:  Have you tried? Is it worth it to start? Whats the cost like?

For me personally, I like the simplicity of doing Aeropress. The taste is less of a v60 pourover, but its faster.
