If you are having issues with Mullvad in Linux (Flatpak) and getting a message along the lines of ""Your profile 'MullvadBrowser' could not be loaded"", it's a known bug and the only workaround right now is to use the test version: `flatpak install --user https://dl.flathub.org/build-repo/112221/net.mullvad.MullvadBrowser.flatpakref` ::: spoiler spoiler ___ :::

Do you guys think floorp is safe to use? They forked the original firefox. I'm newbie to lemmy, so tell me if this is the wrong sub to post.

I recently learned some of the NYC Wireguard servers are 1gbps, tested it out and turned out to be true. Any other tricks like this to know/locations that are faster than others?

Weird issue I've run into recently. Most things work fine, but occasionally from the switch from cellular to Wi-Fi back and forth, the mullvad app in the work profile gets stuck. And won't reconnect until I open it and hit the reconnect button manually. And has this fun error screen, "no servers match settings". I think the app gets confused, when there's really bad internet, like being in an elevator or switching from Wi-Fi to cellular, can't get the server list, and just stops. I've only noticed this on the work profile, not the main profile, in graphene OS latest version
