Travis Green joining Devils coaching staff as Andrew Brunette’s replacement

I was going to wait for an official statement, but I'm too curious.

What does this mean for our powerplay? Do you think it takes a step up this year with Green in charge of it? Or maybe some good ol' stagnation.
