We received a report of a suspicious individual posting around the sewers. I searched the area and located the individual. I shouted "lib!", but he ran away before I was able to question him.

I recovered the following items:

• A small amount of posts.
• A subscription to the New York Times.
• Ukraine flag pin.
• Infrared scope [broken].
