Beginner rhythm games

Many rhythm games are made for the experienced player, with the good songs and patters at a high difficulty, but what about games meant for the beginner?
What game to start out the dive into the genre really depends on the platform, it could even be a non-rhythm game. For example, I started by playing Piano Tiles to get used to moving my fingers quickly, only later using that for rhythm games.
It's pretty clear that Friday Night Funkin is the game that has gotten the most people to start playing rhythm games, but there isn't that much variety because people tend to make mods that are too difficult for a beginner.
Because of this, I'd say that Flash Flash Revolution looks like a better option for PC, with a really big range of difficulties and many songs without the need to search for easy mods.
