Twillio immediately closes accounts with the word Palestine in them?

As someone who uses Twilio, I'm not sure how far this would go as blatant censorship. I've already sent messages on there with Palestine in the message body and my account is still active, but it could be that they're just implementing filters at a different level.

Has anyone else heard anything about this?
