Is Element One having some problems?

I was intrigued to learn today about this "Element One" paid service that offers WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal bridges, but in the subscription page it currently says

Sorry, you can't sign up for Element One right now. Please check back in a few days, or contact ems-support@element.io if you have any questions.

Does anyone knows more?
