what's the best app for learning words

I’m about 80% through the Duolingo tree but I know there’s absolutely tons of words I still don’t know. Are they any IOS apps, websites or even games you could recommend to me? For example the matching game on Duolingo is very helpful but it cycles through the same 100 or so words for me plus I don’t even have it anymore probably since I have not updated the app is over a year. does anyone else still use the old layout?

I hadn’t updated my Duolingo since I heard the news of the force layout change. It’s been about a year and it’s still working fine but each day I stress out it’s going to break and force me to update. I really wanted to finish the entire tree before it does. At my rate I still have about a year and a half or more before I gold every lesson.
