The prefrontal cortex isn't fully developed until around the age of 25. Militaries recruit 17 year olds to enlist them as soon as they turn 18. It's at this age that the mind is most susceptible to indoctrination.

Might I suggest that you learn to identify hierarchies of authority and the ways they reinforce themselves using violence, mythology, pretense, and propaganda? Once you drop the labels, you'll see that any organization that dictates narratives from a hierarchical position of authority looks identical in function, and only varies in degree. The USSR, like every other hierarchy of ignorance attempted to organize itself so that there was at least one government operative in every family, and reinforced that power structure through segregation and coercion. If the government can halt the progression of male maturity at puberty and then promise every man a wife and home to lord over, then it doesn't have to worry about policing the women and children.

Under the agreement, Jews emigrating from Germany could use their assets to purchase German-manufactured goods for export, thus salvaging their personal assets during emigration. The agreement provided a substantial export market for German factories in British-ruled Palestine. Between November 1933, and 31 December 1937, 77,800,000 Reichmarks, or $22,500,000, (values in 1938 currency) worth of goods were exported to Jewish businesses in Palestine under the program. By the time the program ended with the start of World War II, the total had risen to 105,000,000 marks (about $35,000,000, 1939 values).

Emigrants with capital of £1,000, (about $5,000 in 1930s currency value) could move to Palestine in spite of severe British restrictions on Jewish immigration under an immigrant investor program similar to the modern United States EB-5 visa. Under the Transfer Agreement, about 39% of an emigrant's funds were given to Jewish communal economic development projects, leaving individuals with about 43% of the funds.

The Haavara Agreement was thought by some German circles to be a possible way to solve the "Jewish problem." The head of the Middle Eastern division of the foreign ministry, the anti-Nazi politician Werner Otto von Hentig, supported the policy of settling Jews in Palestine. Hentig believed that if the Jewish population was concentrated in a single foreign entity, then foreign diplomatic policy and containment of the Jews would become easier. Hitler's own support of the Haavara Agreement was unclear and varied throughout the 1930s. Initially, Hitler seemed indifferent to the economic details of the plan, but he supported it in the period from September 1937 to 1939.

I will say that it neglects much of African and Asian history. It's a good look at what was happening in Europe and the Americas though.

It's not idealism. It's the nature of authority [the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience]. Every government assumes the authority to enforce its laws. Every country fails to represent fringe populations. The measure at which a country uses its authority to use violence to silence, eliminate, control, or otherwise fail to represent the fringe is it's degree of fascism.

Every country is a little authoritarian, and in equal measure fascist. The authority that enforces the hierarchy is the spiritual ignorance that gives rise to all of the social evils of this world. Your personal feelings about the word are totally irrelevant.

It's not anti-semitic to criticize Israel any more than it's anti-christian to criticize the Republican party. Both institutions are unholy perversions of spirituality.
