I have. I like most of it. I think there is a ton to learn and she gives plenty of options and solutions for issues. I haven’t hit most of them yet but I bet I will. It’s definitely more for athletes and especially endurance athletes but enough for normal women in there.

Oh Omnivore for sure!!! It’s a reader app so you send it there. Read, highlight and it sends the highlights to Obsidian. It can also handle newsletters and RSS feeds. Did I mention it’s free?

Cold and longer fermentation as it was already noted below. However, I would also like to add another idea: whole grain flours. Even smaller percentages are giving you a fuller flavour. Especially fresh milled is very interesting.

That’s amazing. I am a year behind you. ~800 workouts and on my 13 consecutive months of all rings (500/30/12) closed.
I had a watch long before but didn’t care for the rings. Last spring I got a new watch and with that came 3 month free AF+. Life changing as you said!! I was blown away from the beginning and since last summer I haven’t missed a day working out. If I really can’t I at least go for a 30 minutes walk! That’s invaluable and I credit AF+ 100% with that.
Gregg‘s consistency and variety totally hit home and I really live by it now.
I would rank mine as follows:
Core - I always do core as warm up. I don’t start anything else until I have at least 10 minutes core completed. I have done all of Kyle, Gregg and Amir‘s at least once now. I do other trainers too but these three are my fav.
HIIT - Jamie-Ray is incredible. I would have never though I like it let alone be able to do HIIT but boy do I love it. Unless he does burpees 😳 I just completed all his workouts yesterday. I have done several multiple times. He is fun! Kickboxing I like too but I am so uncoordinated that it’s less of a workout. Same with Dance. If I do dance it’s Jhon only. Love his vibe.
Strength - definitely Gregg and Kyle. Jenn I agree is more cardio. I prefer the two guys for sure. Gregg is super motivating and Kyle is fun. Love, love, love it.
Yoga - Dice only. And all of his. I never got into yoga even with in person classes until Dice showed up. He is different and I can’t explain it but big fan!
Rowing - love Josh! I still struggle a lot with rowing, it’s super exhausting but Josh is great. Slowly working my way up to come rowing power. I hope.
Pilates - Darryl only. Love him but I don’t do it often. I should now that I am truly through all the core ones. I could use it as warm up.
Overall the biggest (or maybe most important) change for me is mentally. I can’t go a day without some proper activity.
Of course I am also fitter, stronger, lost weight and gained muscle but the mental change is surprising to me. I would have never thought I could get there. Totally sedentary life style before AF+ and overweight and now this!!! Incredibly thankful that they started this service and for that price sign me up for a lifetime!

If you like to design your own patterns check out Affinity Designer. Blows my mind! Quick to learn how to draw patterns, easy to resize and so so much more. Here is a great example from today: I tried to figure out how to get the length of the one side of an odd shaped part of my pattern. I know the measuring tool in Affinity but it seemed to only do straight lines, distance between objects or area. Quick search and I learned I can break the curve points and then it shows me the length of the different sides and the area 🤯 Extremely handy especially when working with zippers in a certain size. I also can export as svg or pdf. Print and cut your patterns (pdf) or if you have a Cricut or Silhouette (svg), cut the patterns with that! Or even the leather if not too thick. I am considering selling some patterns in the future and I can even toss in the afdesign file for people so they can adjust what they want. Affinity Designer btw is super affordable especially compared to Adobe Illustrator and such. If I remember correctly there is free 30 day trial. Anybody else using Affinity Designer?

I recently watched [this video](https://youtu.be/bpZlYFbyAg8) by Corter and it was a bit of an aha moment. Whether it’s repair, changing the thread colour or in my case fixing some mistakes … I love how leather products can be opened up and redone. Not everything of course but the stitch line is fairly simple to revamp, billets are quickly replaced and even edges can be re-burnished. I love the 2nd bag that I ever made a lot but it was my second bag. I had missed a whole and one corner was therefore off, I attached the buckle upside down (it works but looks off) and a seam was opening up. Burnished edges weren’t good yet. So I sat down today and fixed it all. It was easier than I thought and it’s a nice upgrade! I wish I had taken before and after pics.
I had deleted all my content before the subs went dark. Some (very few) came back and I deleted again. But for a couple of weeks now my account is clear of all content. I decided to request my data from Reddit to see what they would send. They sent me my whole (deleted!) content. Like every comment and post ever submitted to the site. It’s on June 21st. You can get a special award for at least 10 minutes of yoga. And I hear that there is a special (fun) yoga workout with Jonelle coming out tomorrow.
I got my “hustle” sign installed! It switches on when I start a AF+ workout and off when I am done. Can’t wait for the stack feature to see if it stays on during consecutive workouts. For now it triggers on and off with each which is fine too. 
I did it!! 🥳 
I now have sometimes (!) the issue that it triggers the outlet (Meross brand) on and then right away off again. So odd! It’s supposed to go on when fitness focus comes on and off when fitness focus is disabled. Could it be that it’s a Meross plug issues?
