Current go to is a Hoffman pour over cause I don't really have to think about it anymore.

Favorite method would have be the siphon pot. Once you get the timing and grind dialed in for the bean it's consistently the best tasting brew method at my disposal. Not to mention it is fun to watch while it draws down.

@j4k3 Thanks! My longest so far is about 30, so I guess I should work my way up to that and give it a shot. My average on that was just 14 so it may be doable with drafting.

  • Recently got a '14 Trek Domane and have been racking up the miles. I found a group nearby that does 50 mile rides most Saturday mornings and states 14-16mph. What speed should be able to maintain on my own to not get dropped?

If a group ride states 14 - 16 mph for a 50 mile ride, what speed should I be able to maintain on my own to be able to participate? I'm new to road cycling and have never done a group ride.
