That is true. But honestly, when it comes to software I'd just rather be left alone, it's why I moved from Windows in the first place.
I totally wouldn't mind donating to Mozilla in some other way though.

For sure! Its definitely the distro i recommend to people looking to move away from Windows for that exact reason, and it helps that Cinnamon feels very much like Windows UI-wise.

I absolutely adore Linux Mint, used it as my daily driver for a while; it was the distro that really sold me on Linux as a desktop OS. Recently made the switch over to Gentoo though (partly as a personal challenge, partly to get more familiar with Linux, and partly to take advantage of the flexibility that comes with literally configuring everything yourself lol).
