How to change language?

Hello folks, I made an account on here back when chapo was shut down, and haven't used it much, but as I come back to it now I find the entire user interface to be in German. This isn't a huge problem as I speak some German, but I would prefer it to be in English. I can't find a "Sprachen" setting, and I'm not sure what else to look for. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
