Question, how would you, if you had been given the order and power to do so, rehabilitate and make Christianity non-reactionary, especially in a country like america?

Just a genuine question from me, since I think religion is good but currently, like many things, is corrupted by capitalism. I also think going all super-atheist is a bad idea since religion is a good thing and also is really unnecessary to take away. The affects of taking it away have also not been fun.
