i'm 24 days late, but the thread is at the top of active for lemmy.world/c/undertale_deltarune now because i brought it over, so:
hopes and dreams, save the world, and undertale are all incredibly strong contenders for me. the use of leitmotifs! the key changes in hopes and dreams and undertale! the feeling of warmth and hope when once upon a time section C plays for the first time in save the world (ironically not hopes and dreams)! and of course, the emotion they all bring in context! toby fox absolutely nailed the music for the keyest moments in the game.
oh, and also shout out to a song that's genuinely pretty nice to listen to: can you really call this a hotel, i didn't receive a mint on my pillow or anything

Hi. As far as I can tell, none of my posts or comments from here are reaching kbin.social. I first noticed this about 3 days ago, trying to post comments to !fanfiction@kbin.social from here. What's strange is that lemm\.ee and lemmy.world seem to be federating perfectly fine, as do lemmy.world and kbin.social. [This post I just made from lemmy.world](https://lemmy.world/post/1107068) is visible on both lemm\.ee and kbin.social, but [this post I made from lemm.ee yesterday](https://lemm.ee/post/722009) only shows up on lemmy.world, not kbin.social. Both lemmy.world and lemm\.ee are on version 0.18.1 right now, so I doubt it's related to the 0.18.0 Kbin-Lemmy federation issues. I'm also assuming the two instances are not _intentionally_ defederated. I can provide more details if needed. For now, I'm considering making an account on kbin.social to manually bring over some of the affected posts/comments. Either that, or reposting the content through my lemmy.world account. Edit: made a kbin.social account. Seems like lemm\.ee can view kbin.social comments, just not the other way around. As nice as the threadiverse is, it seems like there are still quite a few technical headaches to deal with at this point in time...

the fediverse has done a great job replacing reddit for my scrolling-though-random-stuff needs! as for more niche stuff, it's still not there yet (as has been pointed out many, many times already), but i'm trying to help! i'm posting and commenting regularly on !kirby@lemmy.world. "be the change you want to see" and all that. i encourage everyone else to do the same with their niche communities!
edit: though at this point i have 4 accounts across different instances (here, lemmy.world, kbin.social, feddit.online), thanks to various things. so it's not entirely smooth sailing for me right now

in ipa: do you say /əwufi/ (/u/ as in "goose") or /əwʊfi/ (/ʊ/ as in "foot")? yet another way to put it: do you say **awoo**fy or a**woof**y? or maybe you say it a secret third way? edit: hey look we have enough posts to get a second page of posts now! :)
