One thing to consider is that delivery and takeout are significantly more popular than they were 4 years ago. Some of these chains either anticipate or encourage you to heat your cookies just before you eat them and halfway cooking them gives the best results. A place just down the road from me encourages 1 minute on high in the air fryer or 3 in a toaster oven before eating

I did. I voted in the primary for a normal-ass guy and then voted for him again in the house. The Shapiros party gerrymandered him out of his office. Sorry you guys keep voting for lunatics, but you reap what you sow

Honestly reading through everything I don't even know if that's the worst part. These stuck out to me:
"Get that f*cking commie bastard off the National Mall!,” Robinson wrote about the dedication of the memorial to King in Washington, DC, by then-President Barack Obama.
“I’m not in the KKK. They don’t let blacks join. If I was in the KKK I would have called him Martin Lucifer Koon!"
And in my opinion the worst one so far:
"Slavery is not bad. Some people need to be slaves. I wish they would bring it back. I would certainly buy a few"

Reading the headline my first thought was "wait, didn't I solo old content for gear and mounts?" but here I see this is about soloing current content. As an ex-wow current FFXIV player I think this is a great move. Giving players access to more content is great, especially if it's story relevant. They still keep high-end gear and challenges for hardcore players and there's still regular progression content for everyone else

2001 A Space Odyssey by Arthur C. Clarke: I'm about 70% of the way in and it's pretty good. I really enjoy reading early/pre-space age stories because the ideas about what would and wouldn't work in space are so fascinating. The way he talks about moon life, interstellar travel times/methods, and more show so much creativity. It's also interesting to see the difference between movie HAL9000 and book HAL9000. I'm excited to watch the movie again after I'm done

The game literally has scenes where "artful" camera angles hide full dong and tits. Climb down off your high horse and maybe we can get the furries to leave Baby Torgal alone

Maybe it is actually cursed. The curse is that while you wear it your life goes by faster but if you remove it you slow down. Most people get too greedy and slow their life to a standstill but you are actually using it perfectly to enjoy your free time at night and less time during your work

That's why it says "most reasonable conclusion." If all of these religions have the same level of evidence of their existence, all have people who are certain that their religion is real and all others are false, and they all claim to be the "truth" then what's most reasonable?
Obviously it's possible that any given religion is correct about the world, but if you ask me which is more probable: that every human religion is wrong except the 1 that is correct, or that every human religion is wrong? I think I agree with the original quote

My understanding of the Sony deal is that they have the film distribution rights to everything Spider-Man related that isn't already in the MCU. Thus their push for making the spider villain movies, so they can maintain those rights. Since Andrew Garfield Spider-Man is in an MCU movie that takes him off the table

I agree that this is a bad idea. Bus travel sucks. It has basically all of the downsides of air travel with basically none of the upsides, minus cost obviously. Without knowing what countries you're going to be going through it's harder to say. Bus stations in my experience can be difficult to navigate in my language, in a language I don't know I'd be even more concerned. Usually you can eat food, but like airplanes try to be considerate about what you have. Avoid fish, common allergens, smelly food, etc.
Finally consider that over those 36 hours you're going to have to either bring food, or buy it, you're losing time wherever you're transit, and are at the mercy of the bus time tables instead of waiting on a single flight

I hear what you're saying but all of this dances around the inherent reality of the game that we all play. There are a lot of people who have full time jobs making sure we enjoy playing this game. Divorcing a TCG/CCG from capitalism is impossible as long as the party that runs the system exists for profit. The One Ring is an incredible card specifically because capitalism pushed it to be one
What I think you're proposing is an open source card game, developed by a like minded group of individuals who want to make the most fun game possible utilizing behavioral-economic trends as self regulating measures. Which honestly sounds incredible to me, but unfortunately I think that game will only ever exist once we invent Star Trek style replicators and live in a post-scarcity society
Player 2: I don't even know what that means Me: Exactly! *Defenestration (n): the action of throwing someone out of a window*
When someone links to a community if you open the post and then follow the link it works fine. If you're browsing with cards and try to follow the link from the card without opening the actual post it attempts to open the link in a browser which fails because the link is not the full URL. It would be nice if clicking the link would take me to that community on that instance, which is what it does when you open the post and click the link
