Even if you don't know that means caffinated it has lettering that is more than large enough that states it has caffeine as well as the amount. Vape carts were bad because they had lots of chemicals additives like vitamin E activate that stuck around in your lungs and killed you. Dry herb vaping doesn't have those sketchy chemicals so it is safe.

I use elementrolling papers. They are rice paper and I have found them smoother than the alternatives
