I didn’t know ESO had mods, interesting! I’ll have to try it.
You’re right about the never-ending story, even with the pack I found I’ve gone and added a few 😆
Thanks for the info!

Most of my listening is while commuting and chores, usually at least 15 minutes of listening for each. I would prefer to listen for at least an hour each session but my schedule doesn’t really allow for that.
I added that book to my holds list, only 13 hours! Thanks a bunch, I’ve never read anything by him!

I'm aware of Symbian, it ran on over half of the world's smartphones before 2009. It's not some hidden knowledge.
You're the one who said it had zero innovations, which is patently false. Here's a short piece from AllAboutSymbian.com on the topic. I never claimed they invented the smartphone or anything like that, but it's obvious that you think I did since you added that part about the tablet.
This conversation is not worth my time, you’re free to think whatever you want. Have a nice day!

Have you tried audiobooks? I don’t read much paper nowadays, but I still find time to listen to at least a book a month. All for free through my library!
Also, what book is it?

@export_tool_button annotation
Being able to create a button in the inspector from tool scripts was a highly requested feature, and many contributors took it upon themselves to make it happen in GH-96290: new contributors jordi-star and Macksaur, and maintainers Ernest and Danil!
YEEEEEEES

… do you actually believe this worth posting? The only thing they’ve done is give the organization a generic “R” logo, there’s literally zero changes between the “fork” and godot

Ah, so you don’t actually know what you’re talking about! The term “woke” has turned into a toxic catchall used by the generally hateful to describe anything they don’t agree with socially (aka heteronormative white male). It’s pretty obvious when you look at most the people using the term negatively.
There’s no shame in not knowing something and you’ve got a bit of learning to catch up on, good luck!

Reactionaries don’t tend to care much about reality after they’ve created something to be mad about

That’s a nice perk! Will definitely help devs that are able to release on both (I thought that was still quite restricted?)

I am begging you to stop giving credit to drama youtubers, they do not care about the facts and are only in it to farm views.

I mean, yeah. More power is always great for devs! The price is not great for consumers though

Thanks for sharing! I was thinking about posting after the banger intro but hadn’t yet finished the video, what I’d seen in the first ~20min was so refreshing to hear compared to the usual discourse.
I’ll have to finish it tonight!

Update from the dev on [reddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamedev/comments/1dtmwkq/comment/lbayqur/) (you can skip the OP, it’s full of false and inflammatory claims just to get upvotes): > Wow, I never expected to become the centre of one of these game dev controversies - I want to set the record straight about some of the misconceptions I'm seeing in this thread. > > Firstly, no it isn't coincidential that there's a visual similarity between my game and his. Yes, I was inspired by certain aspects of Kenney's game in designing the visual identity for mine. At the time I didn't believe this stepped over the line of becoming plagarism - after all this is an industry where games are always iterating on previous ideas and that's by and large seen as being a good thing. Especially in this particular genre - where there's only so much you can do visually in the first place - at the time I didn't see it as problematic whatsoever that the games look visually similar. However I've spoken with Kenney directly and come to an agreement with him. It's also not good for the long term success of my game to be seen as plagarising and I would like it to stand on its own merit rather than under his shadow. That's why I've decided to make some changes to create some distance between the two games. > > I don't hold any ill will towards Kenney and as far as I'm concerned we're on good terms - yes I do wish we could have resolved the matter privately instead of using the force of 100k Twitter followers against me - which he presumably know would result in the inevitible twitter shitstorm - but I also understand that emotions were running high and I can understand the perspective that he assumed I was acting in bad faith. It's not an ideal situation but it is what it is and as far as I'm concerned this is the best outcome for everyone.
