File tagging software?

Hey everyone, I have a ton of pngs, jpgs, webps, mostly of fantasy art. I want to be able to mass-tag them with things like "character", "environment", "elf", "demon", etc. and then view them based on tags. Can anyone recommend software like this for linux? Bonus points if it *also* works on windows. Thanks!

is it just me or are steaks a meme?

first of all, why do I have to tell the chef how to make the steak? "medium rare"? "well done"? those are words made up by wizards or something. second of all I don't like how they taste. they're super expensive and they just taste so boring. chicken goated steak boring. I'm in my early 20s so I'm getting used to some "acquired taste" things slowly like wine and coffee but steak is still so bland.

Anyone interested in some hexbear online magic the gathering?

Magic the gathering usually requires you to pay money to get pieces of cards to play with IRL, but we don't have that restriction playing digitally. I usually play on [Tabletop Simulator](https://store.steampowered.com/app/286160/Tabletop_Simulator/), but there's also the free and less computer demanding [Cockatrice](https://cockatrice.github.io/). For newcomers to the game: Magic the gathering is a fairly complicated game, but you can learn it incrementally, learning new mechanics as you get more involved in it. I'd be happy to teach beginners. When you begin really understanding it, it only gets more and more fun. It's also a social game, meaning there's modes of play where you don't have to try hard, and you can play for fun without playing to win. If you're interested in playing, leave a comment or send me a DM and if we get enough people (a regular game takes 3-4 players) I'll try to organise a game. Note down your timezone as well in your message if you're comfortable sharing that.

I've run a few sessions in my setting already, but my group is filled with s so I wanna try this campaign idea with a new group.  **Setting?** Political Space Opera. Big inspirations include: Star Wars (OT, The Mandalorian, Andor) , Firefly, Disco Elysium, Metal Gear Solid, Deus Ex. I'll be running the game in the evenings, which means if you're an american, you'll be playing right after waking up. Expect the game to start somewhere around 6PM CET, and run for 3 hours weekly. Which day of the week we play can be decided later, but it will likely be a weekday. **How long do I have to commit for?** It's hard to sign up for a game and then feel like a weekday is locked in for months for a specific activity. We'll start things with a one-shot adventure, and if that goes well, we can plan out another month of sessions. **I'm interested!** Great! i used to have this great link saved with a ton of sheet music but now I've lost it. all the top hits on google have subscription models i dont want to pay for. help me out guys i need to impress this cute guy  mostly thinking about piano sheet music for modern songs, but im happy with any tips at all

I'm gonna give a basic presentation about NATO at my local org, help!

Hey gang. Next wednesday I'm gonna go over our left party's stance on NATO (against) and explain why our me and our party thinks NATO is bad. I know they've done nasty shit in Yugoslavia, Libya, Iraq, etc. I'm gonna go at it from a purely anti-war perspective, as I won't assume everyone listening to my talk is necessarily convinced of socialism. What I could really use at this point are credible sources pointing to NATO and the USA starting offensive wars to profit off of doing horrible shit. Anything from the founding of NATO to today is good. Any help is appreciated, thank you. This is going to be a pretty basic introductory talk, but if you have more high-level things you want to talk about, feel free to post them as well just for fun.

For my GMs out there: Reminder that sometimes the games you run don't end up so good, and that's fine.

I've struggled with this before my self, where I would run a disastrous session and feel like shit about it for a while after. It happens to all of us, it's not a personal shortcoming- We all make mistakes, and your friends aren't mad at you, and they understand you.
