But why do I have separate profiles for each instance? Is it because I signed up in three instances? Is the only way to rectify this, to delete accounts?

I've registered on at least two, maybe three instances because I could never move from one to the other. I think i may have it working now.

I stopped being able to use RIF at 0000 UTC on July 1st. I checked, just now, and it is not loading.
